Holger Maaß
Holger Maaß has a diploma in business administration (Diplom-Kaufmann). He is a consultant for medium-sized companies and successfully supports them with regard to improving their liquidity. His areas of expertise are the optimization of liquidity-related processes with the aim of reducing tied-up capital in the company. Moreover, Holger Maaß develops financing concepts for his customers which improve company balance and liquidity structures by using innovative financing elements. After studying economics and working at an audit firm, Holger Maaß worked for over ten years as head of Finance and Accounting, managing director in the area of business administration and executive at middle-sized companies and was thereby able to gain extensive insight and expertise in the area of company financing.
Claus Osterberg
Claus Osterberg was born in 1947 in the coal capital Essen. For over 50 years now, the Saarland is the home of his choice. After studying economics in Saarbrücken, he worked at an audit firm for four years and afterwards in different functions at the Saarbergwerke AG before he retired. He last worked in the department responsible for the company's subsidiaries and joint ventures (Beteiligungsbereich). He now devotes his free time to his hobbies (politics, being a business angel, sports and activities, travelling), his friends and – last but not least – his wife.
Prof. Dr. Alexander Pocsay
Prof. Dr. Alexander Pocsay began his professional and academic career as research assistant at the Institute for Information Systems and Business Administration at Saarland University. From 1985 to October 2000 he was fellow partner and sole managing director and spokesman of the board at IDS Scheer AG. After that, he became a member of the board of directors at IDS Scheer AG and took on the function of assistant chairman from August 2002 until September 2009. Since the year 2000, he also works as managing consultant.
